The Golden Hour featuring Simon Hanes

The line-up includes Simon Hanes, a leading musician in New York's downtown scene who the New York Times called an "anarchic young composer” and his ensemble Tsons of Tsnunami, known for their psychedelic surf rock. "'A composer who plays' is how [Hanes] described himself... On guitar Hanes has a voice somewhere between the angularity of Marc Ribot and an earnestness that recalls Carlos Santana," Walker Mimms writes in New York Times feature on Hanes.
