The Goddess Puja

Goddess puja or what we may call “goddess worship” is a ceremony in which a woman is celebrated and honored as a divine goddess. In Tantra, it promotes honoring your partner in the highest way possible. In practice, it empowers women to experience and embrace their true self and teaches men the reciprocal nature of intimate relationships and the essence of divine masculine energy. Both women and men benefit from participating in goddess puja cermonies.

You are invited to attend this puja that has been developed to addresses the concerns of modern couples, conscious singles, and poly relationships. Bring an open mind and heart. Come to meet new people and have fun. However, this is not just a ceremony but a training and discussion on how modern Tantra use the ideas of “goddess,” “daka,” “dakini,” “puja,” and “worship” for the purpose of transforming lives. We will also explore how these ideas can change our own lives.

In this event, we exercise our mind, body, emotions, and feelings in preparation for our puja ceremony. We engage in a number of activities that cultivates and promotes positive male and female energies. Men are trained in the art of being a daka, a servant of the goddess. Women practice honoring the goddess in each other and the divine masculine in the men. All participants should bring an open mind and willingness to transform.

This event is presented as a service to the community and thus is free of material, monetary cost. However, for maximum effectiveness participants should bring a gift. Bring roses, chocolate candies of good quality, bottled water, or bring cash that is either a ten, twenty, of fifty dollar bill (just one). All gifts will be used in the puja ceremony.
