Like honey dripping from a spoon, our circle builds slowly, nurturing our nervous systems and opening our hearts through communal frequency cultivation and intention setting rituals. Like anything worth indulging in, there will be some intensity to bring balance and depth. As we build momentum, expect to explore the edges of our comfort zones, both physically and emotionally, while being held and accepted, within our compassionate container. In the warm embrace of our community, we feel safe enough to release the dark parts of ourselves begging to be seen, and we pour ourselves into the delicious elixir that is Our Circle.
