You've arrived in the beautiful Swan Valley coffee in hand, and for the next seven hours nobody needs anything from you!

There's journalling, real conversations, connection with brilliant women who get it, and probably some laughter-tears. You'll leave with skills, yes - but also with something bigger. A shift in how you show up for yourself.
Your makeup bag (however ancient or fancy - zero judgment)

Your brushes (even if it's just the sponge applicator from afore mentioned palette)
Comfortable clothes
An open mind
Optional: accessories if you want to make use of the grounds for a selfie photo shoot
