Are you ready to become the woman of your dreams. Join an amazing group of women all looking for change & the chance to learn.
A beautiful arrival drink with meditation circle, followed by the intention setting tree.
Join a wonderful light dance workout to boost our endorphins, followed by a wonderful workshop on hormonal balance, confidence boosting, self care & burnout.
We will enjoy a beautiful lunch, prepared with love & enjoy some glow up stations to analyse the best colour matches for you, learn natural anti aging techniques & join in with mini facials.
We will finish with a creative mood board session looking at our identity, motivations & goals then a breath work session on the beach front.
