You don't have to navigate the dark times alone! Gathering around a fire and swimming in the dark is a very powerful experience.
Connection & support as we learn to find and follow our own inner light, by swimming at night. An opportunity to gather in a safely held space & explore what's surfacing for you at the moment.
There will be an option to paddle or sit in the shallows or take a fuller immersion and maybe a little swim.
This group is for you if you are already a confident Wild Swimmer or Dipper.
Please email to book a 1-2-1 before booking if you are brand new to wildswims as this experience is not at all suitable for people who are new to wildswimming or to rivers.
We are meeting and immersing in the River Frome, very close to Bradford on Avon and Wingfield- full location is provided after booking (or get in touch with me directly to ask).
*If it's raining we will have cover and can paddle rather than swim.
