Pick Your Poison is an apothecary-inspired tasting that explores botanicals long feared as poisonous—bitter roots, forbidden spices, and misunderstood aromatics—made safe through careful preparation and precise dosing. Each drink plays with the thin line between danger and delight, reminding us that poison and potion are often the same thing in different proportions. All selections are served zero-proof by default, with the option to add alcohol for those who choose to go a little deeper into the shadows.
