The Gentle Reset Workshop – Workshop SummaryThe Gentle Reset is a gentle yet powerful journey inward — a space to pause, release, and reconnect with your true self.
We begin with a guided YOQI session, harmonising breath, movement, and awareness to centre the mind and awaken the body’s natural flow. This is followed by TRE (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises), allowing the body to safely discharge stored stress and restore balance to the nervous system.
The experience concludes with a deeply nourishing sound immersion, where healing frequencies guide you into profound relaxation, integration, and inner stillness.
You will leave feeling lighter, clearer, grounded — and reconnected to your own inner sanctuary.
Cost is $115pp

If anyone has not done any work with either of these two will need to have a quick connect before the workshop to go over the fundamentals.
TRE is a mechanism or shaking ability that exists in all mammals and humans. It is the bodies most natural way of unwinding and helping to release contracted/injured or tension patterns, as well as reducing the charge of stress hormones that build up in the body. TRE helps to calm down the nervous system bringing the body back into its natural balance. These neurogenic tremors are activated by a sequence of seven physical movements, starting with standing stretches and moving to floor exercises. These tremors normally start in the legs and hips, and may spread through the body.
