Somatic Sound JourneyStep into a deeply nourishing experience that invites your body, mind, heart, and energy field into harmony. This Somatic Sound Journey is a layered, immersive offering blending cacao, breath connection, guided imagery, and light language with the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, medicine drum, and other harmonic instruments - carrying you inward to explore, soften, release, and expand.
We will begin by sharing cacao, a heart-opening plant medicine traditionally used to support presence, emotional flow, and gentle embodied awareness. Cacao works synergistically with sound and subtle energy, helping to open pathways of sensation, connection, and receptivity as you settle into the journey.

I am also excited to include the Quantum Scalar Box (QSB) - an advanced vibrational technology used alongside my live soundscape. The QSB emits a continuous field of scalar energy paired with healing frequency patterns, designed to support the body’s natural vibrational balance and create a deeply supportive energetic environment.

Please bring:
• A water bottle to stay well hydrated
• A cup for cacao
There will be plenty of mats, blankets and bolsters available, so you can create a warm, comfortable nest to fully relax into the journey. If you have a favourite blanket, sheepskin or pillow you are welcome to bring them.
