Welcome to The G.E.M. Club!
This 5 week series is designed to encourage and empower girls aged 9 to 11 in an inspiring and supportive space through a dynamic journey of self-discovery, growth and insight!
The G.E.M. Club is crafted to equip young girls with the confidence and skills needed to thrive, from the inside out. Each session is thoughtfully structured to engage girls through interactive activities, inspiring discussions and creative projects.
Throughout the five weeks, we cover a range of empowering topics and activities tailored to foster and cultivate:
~ Building Confidence
~ Encouraging Self-expression
~ Cultivating Positive Relationships
~ Expanding Self-Esteem
~ Effective Communication
We are a vibrant community dedicated to empowering young girls through activities, discussions and friendships. Every girl can discover her inner strength and potential in this supportive and fun environment! We believe in the power of collaboration and mutual encouragement, helping girls to discover their inner strength.
FACILITATOR
This group is facilitated by Corinne Cornish, dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where every girl feels valued, respected and empowered to reach her fullest potential.
Corinne has worked as an elementary teacher in the Calgary Public School Board, as well as with adult classes in various learning environments. Over the years she has branched out into her private practice, The Inner Realms, where she works one-on-one as a Counsellor with those who are called to deepen in their own self-awareness. Corinne is formally trained as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master, Reconnective Healing Practitioner, Conscious Breathwork Facilitator and has a Bachelor of Education.
