It's finally back after heavy demand - we are now also hosting the Geek Quiz at the Junction function and events centre at the Richmond Club, Christchurch. The same room as the Geek Market!
The Geek Quiz 3: A Trivial Melee
The Geek Quiz is a private event for teams that have registered and paid a deposit.
Wade and Joe return with a special quiz made especially for this Christchurch event. The quiz is made up of 8 standard rounds and an additional fast and furious round in the middle. That’s all we are saying at this point - but you can guarantee that there will be questions on TV, movies, toys, books and the 2000s!
Lots of fun prizes will be given away on the night!
The Geek Quiz 2 may have had a 'higher difficulty' setting than some expected. Joe and Wade have reviewed this and have put together a fantastic quiz.
An entry fee of $10 will apply for each person team to participate in the quiz. Each team can have a maximum of 6 people. Food and drinks will be available for purchase on the night. All net proceeds will be donated to I am Hope charity. The bar will also be open.
Whilst there are no double up rounds in this quiz, each team can buy one guaranteed answer for each of the eight standard rounds for a total of $15 - you will receive 8 coloured dots. If you take up this offer you can use one dot per round only to select a guaranteed answer. Multiple dots in the same round aren’t available.
