The Gathering: Winter Alignment

When? The morning of Sunday, January 26th, 2025 from 1pm - 2pm. This is an open time period, feel free to show up when you can and leave when you need.

Where? 3380 Barnstead Ln, Halifax, NS B3L 2B8 in the Studio Room.

What? Picture this: Yoga mats and cushions in a big circle surrounding candles and cozy lighting, a group of us chatting and listenging, doing a little meditation / breathwork together, with a loose theme of aligning to Winter.

Who? Alison Fahie (Registered Counselling Therapist - Candidate) and Catharine Fahie (Certified Yoga Teacher & Counselling Student) will be "facilitating" but there will be a whole group of people just like you!

Why? To create a space for connection and community! <3

Accessibility: This event space is a "no step" facility and is fully wheelchair accessible.

Note: Refreshments will be provided. We encourage you to bring a blanket, yoga mat or cushion to sit on but if you can't we will be providing this as well. You may bring a water bottle, journal and pen, or anything else that may help you feel supported during this event.
