About this Event
The Gathering is a free, all-ages community event designed for people who love electronic music, movement, creativity, and connecting with others. Enjoy an evening in the park filled with great music, interactive experiences, and community, all wrapped up by 9:00 PM so you can still be in bed by 10pm!
Whether you want to dance, flow, relax on a picnic blanket, or simply enjoy the atmosphere, everyone is welcome. (Parental discretion is advised for music selections.)
What to Expect
- Three live DJs spinning from 6:00–9:00 PM
- Aerial rigs and poles with demonstrations and open free play
- Interactive community art with Michi
- Acro Yoga hosted by YEG Acro
- Local food trucks
- Local artists, makers, and vendors
- Community organizations and non-profits sharing resources and connecting with attendees
Feel free to bring your flow toys, hula hoops, poi, chairs, picnic blankets, or anything else that helps you enjoy a summer evening outdoors.

Interested in becoming a vendor? We'd love to have you! Email [email protected] for details. Sliding-scale vendor fees are available to help make participation accessible, and community organizations and registered non-profits are welcome to participate free of charge.
Our goal is to create an inclusive space where people can gather, move, create, connect, and celebrate summer together. Whether you're coming with friends or arriving on your own, we hope you'll leave having discovered something new—whether that's a favourite DJ, a local artist, or a new community.
