Chef’s childhood years in Jorhat were peppered with picnics organized by her uncle, where he taught her everything he knew about the neighbouring Naga and North Eastern Indian cuisines. They’d catch fish or hunt, cook the game in bamboo over an open fire like the local tribes and enjoy a meal out there in nature.At this table, you can step into a world where the sights, sounds, and aromas of a rustic campfire come alive. Our space is inspired by the tribes of Arunachal Pradesh with designs that include traditional motifs and patterns. The physical structure crafted from bamboo reflects the horns worn by the tribesmen, standing tall and victorious at The Gathering.
