Celebrate the women who inspire you with a feel-good evening of movement, connection, and indulgence.Join us for a special Galentine's evening designed to leave you feeling energised and empowered.
The Experience:
Your evening begins with a 50-minute empowering Reformer Pilates session, led by Emma Brown. Expect a dynamic, uplifting flow that strengthens the body, boosts confidence, and leaves you glowing from the inside out.
After class, you will then continue the evening at Mortons, where you'll unwind and enjoy spending time with mum, sister, best friend or your favourite workout partner, whilst tucking into:
- Delicious artisan pizzas
- A mezze board to share
- A signature French Martini to toast the night, or a Raspberry Lemonade (non-alcoholic)
Whether you're coming on your own, where you'll have the chance to meet some like-minded individuals, your friends, sister, or favourite workout partner, this is the perfect way to honour self-care and the women who lift you.
Event Details:
- £25.00 per person.
- 50-minute Reformer Pilates session at Empower Wellness
- Two Reformer Pilates sessions to choose from: 5:30pm/6:30pm
Studio, Waterside, Dickens Heath - please arrive 5/10 minutes ahead of class start to ensure you are ready for a prompt start.

What you will need to bring:
- Grippy socks - if you do not have any, don't worry - you can purchase some in the studio for £4.00 per pair.
- Bottle of water
- Hair bobble to tie long hair back
