To celebrate the passing of the old year and the beginning of a new one, join your community, and honor the cycles of beginnings, middles, ends, and the changes to come! Whether you complete a quarter, half, or all 108 sun salutations, you will be taken to your edge. This dynamic and empowering class is great for students of all levels. Be sure to bring plenty of water, comfortable clothes, and be prepared to breathe, sweat, and most importantly - have fun!
Participants will receive a special '108' sticker after the event to help commemorate your achievement.
