BHLA won Silver Newcomer in Ad Age’s small agency category and a Cannes Lion on its first project for its first client.

Before co-founding Broken Heart Love Affair in 2020, Jay was previously Chief Creative Officer at KOHO and Chief Strategy Officer at Cossette. He has also held senior strategy roles at lg2, Tribal DDB, Critical Mass, Corus Entertainment and Blast Radius, and has served as Chair of the Strategy Program at Toronto’s Miami Ad School. Through his mentorship, leadership and infectious enthusiasm for new ideas and fresh approaches, Jay continues to give back to young people trying to break into the industry.
