, Co-founder & CEO of Aigen Robotics
Redmond-based Aigen Robotics is accelerating the transition to regenerative agriculture by launching the world’s first AI-driven, network-connected robotic fleet, powered entirely by the elements. Kenny Lee is a mentor, advisor, and board member of early-stage startups and non-profit organizations that share his vision and values. He has co-authored a publication on IT governance for financial institutions, and has co-founded two previous ventures. He holds a MBA from MIT with a focus on sustainability and data analytics.
Paul Mikesell, Founder & CEO of Carbon Robotics
Carbon Robotics, the leader in AI-powered farming, empowers farmers to cut costs, increase production and boost profits with precision agriculture products. Its LaserWeeder product line combines computer vision, AI deep learning technology, robotics and lasers to identify and eliminate weeds with millimeter accuracy. LaserWeeders are in operation by leading growers across the U.S., Canada, Europe and Australia.
Paul Mikesell is the founder and CEO of Carbon Robotics. Paul has deep experience founding and building successful technology startups. Paul co-founded Isilon Systems, a distributed storage company, in 2001. Isilon went public in 2006 and was acquired by EMC for $2.5 billion in 2010. Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Washington. He was named the 2024 Foster School Of Business UW Entrepreneur of the Year and previously was recognized with the 2023 UW Alumni Impact Award.
Vivek Nayak, Co-founder & VP of Strategy/Ops at TerraClear
Headquartered in Issaquah, TerraClear imagines, designs, and builds solutions that control costs, automate crop production, and free farmers to focus on the high value aspects of farm production and management.
Vivek is co-founder and VP Engineering at TerraClear, where he leads the team developing the rock picker. Prior to this, he co-founded and ran operations at Tuusso Energy, a utility-scale solar power developer, where the team successfully developed 145MW of grid-connected solar power plants over the United States. Vivek has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MS in ME from the Missouri University of Science and Technology, and a B.Tech in ME from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay.
Adam Stager, Founder & CEO of TRIC Robotics

Founder & CEO Agam Stager has over a decade of experience building and deploying autonomous systems. Adam holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware, where he developed robotics platforms for search and rescue, autonomous driving, and agriculture. Adam has authored patents and won federal grants.
