OUR PRESENTOR: Joan Hensleit-Minasian holds her Masters Degree in Nonprofit Leadership and Organizational Studies and is a certified BoadSource Trainer. She is the owner of JAM Consulting specializing in Board Training, Fund Development, and Organizational Capacity. In addition she is a second-generation native of Fresno and an active community volunteer. Her excellent communication skills and positive “can-do” attitude are contagious and have resulted in strong established relationships in the community. Joan possesses the ability to cast vision and to motivate and direct people to perform to the best of their abilities to harmoniously accomplish established goals. Her passion is for developing leaders in the nonprofit sector and has come to be known as the number one source for board development in the Central Valley. She will be bringing 40 years of experience in the nonprofit sector to us.
