The second concert of our summer series is inspired by our community's bluegrass roots. In 2023, The Fretliners swept both the Telluride Bluegrass and RockyGrass band competitions— they played the Walnut Valley Festival in 2025. They've got serious instrumental chops and powerful harmonies that feel timeless. Opening the stage is Old Sound a Kansas City bluegrass trio that got their start right here in Winfield. As collaborators, they mix elements of Americana with a dash of sonic alchemy. Their original brand of “liquid folk” flows effortlessly between intricate acoustic compositions, vivid lyrics, infectious bass lines, and lyrics that pull you right in.
Gates open at 6:00 PM.
Old Sound will open the stage at 7:00 PM.
