On Thursday, December 17, the Franklin Theatre Songwriter Series welcomes three of Nashville's most in-demand writers, Colton Venner, Kyle Sturrock, and Johnny Clawson, for a night of songs and the stories behind them.
Between them, they've co-written Blake Shelton's record-breaking #1 "Texas," Ella Langley's #1 "weren't for the wind," and songs recorded by Kenny Chesney, Jon Pardi, Luke Bryan, Dierks Bentley, and more. Plus, Johnny Clawson just took home Breakthrough Songwriter of the Year at the 2025 MusicRow Awards.
This is Music Row's next generation, up close and in their own words.
