Mark your calendars! I will be offering my previously sold out postpartum planning workshop again on Sunday, January 26th from 1pm-3:30pm at the 1912 Center Game Room.This workshop will provide holistic information, tools for support, and a plan to prepare for a peaceful postpartum.
We will explore:
-Physical/emotional recovery after childbirth
-Ancient postpartum care + 5 common themes in traditional postpartum care
-Building a “village” of support
-Nourishing foods to support healing + herbal care
-Q&A session for any and all questions
The class is for those who are pregnant/expecting, partners/support people, TTC or planning for the future, currently postpartum *babies in arms are welcome*, birth workers/doulas, and anyone who is interested in being able to better support new families after childbirth.
The workshop is $60 or $80 for couples, which includes all materials, nourishing postpartum-centered snacks, herbs to take home, and community. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds. Please reach out to discuss my sliding scale/scholarship.
