With over a decade of experience across high-end restaurants, private catering, and event partnerships, alongside seven years of hosting sold-out supper clubs from her South London home, Sohini has built a business deeply rooted in creativity, culture, and community.
Drawing inspiration from her Bengali heritage and UK upbringing, her work celebrates seasonal ingredients, zero-waste principles, and the power of food to bring people together.
