Under the radiant energy of the full moon, this 90-minute heart-centered journey invites you to gently turn inward and reconnect with the space of compassion within yourself. This experience is devoted to dissolving emotional and energetic blockages that may be limiting your ability to offer yourself patience, understanding, and unconditional care. In the stillness of sound and subtle energy, you’ll be supported in softening self-judgment and opening to a more loving relationship with your own inner world.

With a focus on healing old wounds connected to love and intimacy with the self, this session creates room for release, reflection, and renewal. The vibrations of the sound bath are designed to calm the nervous system while bringing awareness to the emotional layers held in the heart space. As tension begins to unwind, many participants find they can access deeper feelings with greater safety, allowing forgiveness to arise not as force, but as a natural unfolding.

Throughout the experience,

Christina Hand will share Reiki healing energy, moving through the space to offer gentle energetic support, while Kyle Lam weaves a carefully guided sound bath to hold and integrate the process. Together, these modalities encourage emotional clearing, energetic balance, and a grounded sense of inner openness. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more centered, and more connected to the quiet strength that emerges when the heart is given permission to heal.

• Yoga Mat
• Blanket

• Eye Covering (this helps to maximize the theta experience)
• Cushion to prop the legs up
