Entry fee is £45 per entry nonrefundable unless event is cancelled
entry fee must be paid to secure spot
£500 prize and trophy for the biggest dead lift of the day over all the categories for example, if a novice has the biggest lift of the day they will win the prize money

Winner of the junior category will win the title Midlands strongest junior must be accompanied by a parent on the day who can sign a waver form
