This Ramadan, The Food Connect is coming together to celebrate who we are and what we are building. Community, unity, oneness. And we’ve especially chosen a restaurant that reflects that.

Girl & the Goose began as a humble Supperclub — and is now Recognized as Top 50 Best Restaurants in the Middle East & North Africa’s 50 Best Restaurants.

I personally remember sitting at her table before Supperclub were even a thing in the UAE. Watching the journey from intimate gatherings to global recognition is a testament to what happens when people show up for each other. Chef Gabriela’s story is one of shared success, built with passion and a community who supported who journey every step of the way. Now on a global stage, built in Dubai.

That is what we are building at TFC.
