In this immersive workshop with Mora from This Tender Heart and Devin from Terra Flower Farm & Florist, we’ll journey through the seven energy centers of the body, known as chakras, while working with the vibrational healing power of flowers. Each chakra will be paired with a flower ally whose color, energy, and medicine resonate with that center, offering support for balance and alignment.

We will meet outside in Fern Valley's beautiful flowering apple orchard, and together, we’ll explore simple and accessible ways to invite flower medicine into your daily life, including flower essences, teas, aromatherapy, ritual, and meditation. You’ll be guided through a chakra-balancing meditation that calls on the wisdom of each flower, and you’ll learn how to create your own flower healing practices for grounding, creativity, love, intuition, and spiritual connection.

This workshop is designed as both an introduction to the chakras and a gentle initiation into vibrational flower medicine—perfect for anyone seeking new tools for self-care, spiritual growth, and connection with the natural world.
