Raleigh Burlesque and ALVARA are hosting a curated open stage night at Cannonball Music Hall — and the floor is yours.APPLICATION TIMELINE:
• Applications Due: March 15th, 2026
• Casting Announced: March 16th, 2026
This special showcase is designed for performers of all experience levels who want to step into the spotlight, test new ideas, or share a unique talent with a live audience. While sign-ups are generally first come, first served, all acts must apply and be approved in advance to ensure a smooth and engaging show.
We are seeking performers of all kinds, including:
• Burlesque performers
• Variety artists
• Comedians
• Flow artists
• Sideshow performers
• Spoken word artists
• Or anything interesting you can do and show us
Whether you’re brand new and ready to try your first act, or a seasoned performer experimenting with a new concept, this is a supportive and creative space to perform.
Please note: we cannot accommodate live bands or musical groups at this time. Musical artists may perform only if singing along to a track and requiring no additional setup beyond a handheld microphone.
The show will feature 14 selected performers plus one featured guest performer, and will be emceed by Rachel Riot and ALVARA.
