The Flamingo Event

The Jake Owen Foundation is a 501 (C) 3 private nonprofit established as the vision and personal passion of country music superstar Jake Owen. In a two-fold initiative both on a national and local level the organization provides financial support to children battling cancer and other life-threatening childhood diseases throughout the country (in association with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis TN) and lends assistance to various youth organizations and charities in Owen's hometown Vero Beach Florida and surrounding Indian River County.

Raising funds through private donations brand partnerships and special events the Jake Owen Foundation has raised more than 6.5 million dollars to date assisting youth programs education healthcare fitness nutrition enrichment and crisis care.

Each year Jake hosts The Flamingo in Vero Beach FL. The three-day annual event schedule includes a Golf Classic Benefit Concert Songwriters’ and Comedy Jam Family Fun Run and Fishing Tournament.
