With a background in breathwork, de-armouring, and deep psychological & somatic work, she guides individuals and couples into the heart of their true essence—where intimacy and polarity become natural expressions of their being. Her approach is trauma-sensitive, deeply experiential, and rooted in years of study in tantric & energetic practices.
