We gather in sacred space to journey inward — through the Five Sacred Doors of the senses. Smell, taste, body connection, sight, and sound become portals to presence, healing, and spirit connection.

In this soul-nourishing Morning, you’ll be gently guided through grounding and awakening practices that invite your body to remember itself as temple, and your senses as gateways to the sacred. With candles lit we move into a space of reverence and ritual.

Each sense is honored through intentional, earth-based experiences: sacred herbs, self-touch, sound, and soul-nourishing tastes. The evening culminates with candle gazing and a mirror reflection ritual — a quiet moment of returning to your own gaze, to meet yourself as the sacred being you are.

This is more than a wellness experience — it is a homecoming to your intuitive body, your sacred aliveness, and the unseen intelligence woven through every sensation.

• An opening invocation to call in the Five Sacred Doors

• A guided meditation to settle into embodied presence

• Ritual sensory practices using natural elements:

• Scent: aromatic herbs or oils for anointing and awakening

• Body Connection: mindful movement, self-touch, and grounding.

• Sound: mantra, singing bowls, gentle drumming, and nature sounds

• Taste: a mindful tasting ritual using symbolic and nourishing foods

• Sight: candle-gazing and mirror reflection as a sacred self-seeing practice

• Time for personal reflection and intuitive insight

• A gentle, heart-centered closing circle

Your Guide for the session.Rebecca is a qualified Art Psychotherapist , Somatic Shamanic Practitioner and Reiki Healer started Practicing in 2012 helping people use art to support their emotional and physical wellbeing, progressing into embodied intuitive healing.
