About this Event
Immerse yourself in the beautiful melodies and harmonies that defined the classical period of music as reknown fortepianist Daniel Adam Maltz brings to life the genius of Haydn, the brilliance of Mozart, and the revolutionary spirit of Beethoven; all in the beautiful and historic setting of Stonehurst, The Robert Treat Paine Estate.
Called “a master of the Viennese fortepiano,” Daniel’s performances are praised for their extraordinary precision and lightness. Critics applaud his “very sensitive phrasing” and “marvelous dynamic contrasts” featuring “broad warmth” and “lavish but tasteful” playing.
You won't want to miss this unique opporunity to experience the music of these three iconic masters the way it was meant to be heard; in a period setting on an instrument that would have been familiar to the composers themselves.
Stonehurst will be open at 3:00 pm if you wish to arrive early and explore the house.
