We are bringing a floating soundbath and meditation event here and we can't wait for you to join us and find your flow and glow. We will begin with a community tea moment, with a hand picked blend from Dr. Kaitlyn and introduction to the YWCA.
Then you will be led down to the pool where you can pick your float and sink in to relaxation. Dr. Kaitlyn will lead you through a guided meditation paired with sound bath that focuses rest, rejuvination, and relaxation.
There are limited spots (10) and floats available. We have a selection of fuller sized inflatable floats and hammock floats. You are also free to bring your own but make sure it's no larger than twin bed size. The price includes your float and other amenitities provided to you. 🩷
Bring:
Towel
Bathing suit/clothing you don't mind getting wet
Eye mask
Anything else to make you feel comfortable
