I was going to start this post with “It’s with a heavy heart…
But I’m not going to, because my heart is not heavy, it bursts every year with love, gratitude & pride, Gaz & Andy’s family & friends & the whole community come together & make this day, one to remember in Memory of our Two Bold Ranger Angels Gaz & Andy 💙❤️
It’s 10years since the very first Memorial Day & we have raised a huge £27,370 for State Of Mind in that time, 10yrs on, which means I’m 10yrs older & a lot more aches & pains, so I have decided (With Gaz & Andy’s parents support) this year will be the last GM & AW Memorial Day 💙❤️
I’ve cried buckets over this decision, but know it’s the right one 💙❤️
I’m hugely grateful to Gaz & Andy’s parents Denise & Mike and Karen & Gary who allowed & trusted me to carry out this day for their amazing sons, it’s been an honour & a privilege, thankyou 💙❤️
So come on guys & girls let’s make this years one to remember 💙❤️
What I need from you guys…..
Players for the football game - £10 a man/woman - I will supply the tops on the day. 💙❤️
Players for the Tug of War
£5 a man/woman - I will supply the tops on the day 💙❤️
Bottles for the bottle tombola stall - anything as long as it’s in a bottle 💙❤️
There will be tables to rent for £10 from 1-6pm - to sell your own goods/produce 💙❤️
And last but no means least, I need some Brave, wonderful souls to take part in the amazing “Stars In Your Eyes” evening entertainment,

REMEMBER- This is your last chance to get up on that stage & do it!

I will announce the date in due course for tickets, no holds on tickets, once they have gone they are gone, no pay on door 💙❤️
NO UNDER 18’s on the night - NO EXCEPTIONS 💙❤️
💙❤️ Celebrating Gaz & Andy’s lives over the last 10yrs have not only raised nearly 30k (that’s my goal) for State Of Mind, who work tirelessly to prevent another family going through the devastation that suicide brings 💙❤️
It’s brought Gaz & Andy’s friends,family & community together with fun, silliness, laughter & love, that was my goal on day one, I didn’t want tears & sadness, cos I know one million percent that Gaz & Andy wouldn’t of wanted that, the Memorial Days will be thought of with a smile, laughter & amazing memories just like Gaz & Andy are 💙❤️
