About this Event
Releasing the Old • Honoring the Year of the Snake • Astrological Updates
As we gather under the final full moon in the Year of the Snake, we enter a powerful energetic threshold.
The Snake year has been a teacher of deep shedding — of outdated identities, limiting stories, emotional weight, and subconscious patterns we’ve outgrown. It’s asked us to slow down, go inward, and tell the truth about what no longer fits.
And now… the Year of the Horse is approaching.
A year of momentum. Movement. Courage. Freedom. Life force.
Forward motion fueled by authenticity.
The Last Shed is a 2-hour ceremonial experience to consciously close this chapter, release what you’ve been carrying, and prepare your nervous system, body, and spirit to move forward lighter, clearer, and more alive.
This is not about being “high vibe.”
This is about honesty, embodiment, and alchemizing what’s ready to go.
✨ What We’ll Do Together
Opening Circle + Check-In
Spiritual Psychology Coach Michelle will start us out in a grounding opening circle and go around the group to share how we’re arriving and what’s present for us. This is a gentle way to land in the space, be seen, and feel connected.
Astrology + Reflection
Expert astrology reader Meredith will share insights on the energy of this full moon, the closing of the Year of the Snake, and the themes of 2026, the Year of the Horse.
The Last Shed: Writing Ritual
You’ll be given time to spread out in the space and write what you are shedding. This is a private, honest, no-pressure writing ritual. You’re welcome to express anger, grief, clarity, or whatever needs to come through.
Optional Sharing
There will be space for a few people to share what came up for them, if they feel called.
This is for witnessing and integration — not advice or fixing.
Somatic Release + Free Movement
We'll then move into a short guided somatic release to help the body let go of what the mind has named, followed by intuitive free dance. No dance experience needed, just a willingness to move your body in your own way.
Meditation + Reiki
Michelle will close the experience with a gentle guided meditation to help you feel held and soothed, like being wrapped in a mother’s hug. Meredith will move through the space offering Reiki energy healing to those who wish to receive.

✨ About The Facilitators
Michelle “Michy” Pepper is a spiritual psychology coach, meditation teacher, and the creator of Momentum & Magic, a Denver-based community and event series devoted to embodiment, authenticity, manifestation, and soulful personal growth. She spent four years living nomadically and traveling the world, sitting in ceremonies and immersive healing spaces across places like Peru, India, Bali, and Mexico — experiences that deeply shaped her grounded yet mystical approach to transformation. Her work blends somatic practices, therapeutic tools, and trauma-aware spiritual practices to help people move through emotional blocks, reconnect with their truth, and step into aligned momentum. Michy facilitates ceremonies and gatherings that invite realness, catharsis, and embodied transformation, not perfection or spiritual bypassing. Her intention is to help people feel seen, safe, and lit up with what’s possible.
Meredith Pazol is an astrologer, writer, event planner, group facilitator, and reiki master with over 10 years of experience holding women’s circles devoted to freeing expression and cultivating belonging within self and community. Meredith is deeply passionate about recreating the village through intentional and soulful gathering, singing, dancing, storytelling, and the sharing of our unique gifts with one another. Having moved through many cycles of death and rebirth in her own life, she enjoys supporting others during times of transition and initiation. Through the wisdom of the stars, Meredith helps people map the deeper arc of their soul’s destiny, offering language and meaning for where they’ve been and where they are going. Her work invites people to tell a more beautiful story about their lives.
