Rodrigo Afanador: Rodrigo, originally from Bogotá and now in Asheville, brings over a decade of real estate experience with 300+ transactions and a landlord’s perspective. As former President of CREIA, co-founder of AVL Meetup, and a partner with Homeward Bound, he’s committed to building community and creating impact. He is the owner of Vesta Property Management in Asheville. Outside of work, Rodrigo enjoys family adventures with his wife and two boys, often exploring Asheville’s mountains and trails.

Zacory Ruiz: Zacory is a Marine Corps veteran, entrepreneur, and business operator who acquires and scales founder-led service companies while preserving their legacy. He combines leadership experience from the Marines, JPMorgan, and startup ventures to create systems, strategy, and operational clarity.
