The Final Course 2026 - A Culinary & Baking Capstone Event

The Final Course 2026 is the final capstone event for Conestoga's culinary and baking students. It is essentially their final exam that they get graded on.

In teams of 2-3, students have to create their own menu showcasing their creativity and skills that they have learned throughout their 2-year program.

There will be a total of 40 culinary and baking teams - all with bites of food for guests to try.

Alcoholic beverages can be purchased separately - either as an add-on to your Eventbrite ticket or at the event. We are a cashless campus so only credit/debit cards will be accepted.

All proceeds from this event will go towards student scholarsips.

Last year we raised over $10,000 for student scholarships - we are hoping to top it this year.
