Explore a curated tasting trail featuring 40 distinctive bourbon selections, from familiar favorites to rare and exclusive bottles. Representatives and bourbon experts will be on-site to share tasting notes, distillery stories, serving suggestions, and a little bourbon wisdom along the way.
Bourbon Meets Barbecue
Executive Chef Avery Blair and The Filson culinary team will fire up the professional smoker for a menu of bourbon-infused favorites, including:
- Buffalo Trace Baby Back Ribs
- Knob Creek Chili-Glazed Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp Skewers
- Maker’s Mark Bourbon-Glazed Wings
- Smoked Mac & Cheese
- Coleslaw
- Eagle Rare-Infused Gelato
Menu selections are subject to availability.
Tickets are $75 per person and includes:
