Join us for a dynamic 2-hour workshop that blends the fundamentals of fashion illustration with the energy of live figure drawing. Working from a live model in two to three visually engaging outfits—think bold fashion, costumes, and expressive styles—you’ll explore how to capture movement, form, and personality through drawing.

We’ll begin with a 30-minute introduction to fashion illustration, including examples and a live demonstration to get you inspired. From there, you’ll move into guided drawing sessions with our model, starting with quick gesture sketches to loosen up before progressing into longer poses. The model will pose for a total of two hours, with short breaks for outfit changes.

Throughout the session, the instructor will circulate to offer individualized feedback, tips, and encouragement. We’ll wrap up with a 30-minute group critique in a supportive, welcoming environment—an opportunity to share work, exchange ideas, and grow together.

Lap drawing will be standard, but we do have a few easels. Guests are welcome and encourage to bring their own easels/stands and materials.
