About this Event
Dear Members,
We are excited to invite you to our next wellness event. This time we are hosting a private Reformer Pilates class.
Reformer Pilates is a low impact, full body workout combining core stability, strength, flexibility, balance and alignment. The class will take place at Psycle Bank, 40 Coleman Street, London, EC2R 5EH.
The class will be suitable for all levels - including beginners - so if you haven't tried Reformer Pilates before, this is your opportunity to give it a go!
Attendees are asked to arrive at the studio at 9.00am. The class will start at 9.15am promptly. There will also be nutritious shakes for everyone to enjoy after class. The studio provides towels, shampoo, hot showers etc. so please just bring yourself and your grippy socks.
If you are new to Reformer Pilates and don't own a pair of grippy socks, please don't worry. You can buy a pair at the studio on the day.
This event is only open to members and we have limited tickets available, so make sure you grab a ticket before they sell out.
