The Ferret 500

The Ferret 500 is hosted by Five Points Ferret Refuge and is an American Ferret Association sanctioned ferret show. It is a family friendly event that brings ferret enthusiasts from around the United States and beyond together, to celebrate the wonderful world where ferrets rule! Individuals are offered the opportunity to "show off" their ferrets to be judged by AFA judges and by AFA standards in specific classes, in hopes of taking home the title "BEST IN SHOW". In addition to witnessing the oftentimes comical antics of the ferrets, attendees can shop vendor booths, watch ferrets compete in games and activities, enjoy good food, and take part in our silent auction with a vast array of items up for grabs. Visitors are encouraged to make a pit stop at each booth to get their paw stamp for a chance to win prizes. The Ferret 500 also offers an incredible opportunity for outreach and education into all matters pertaining to ferrets! So, no need to go ferreting about looking for something exciting to do. Come join us on Sat June 8th, at the Hancock County Fairgrounds for a pawsitively fun filled day!.

Children 7-15 $2

Familiy 4 pack $12

Children under 6 are free.

Tickets are available at the door, day of event.

All proceeds from the Ferret 500 benefit the ferrets in the care of FPFR and to offset the rising cost of expenses such as; food, bedding, veterinary care, medicine, and the operational costs of keeping a shelter up and running.
