That’s exactly what this morning is for.

Padel Box and Biomel have teamed up to bring you a social, feel-good start to the day, with padel and brunch!

You’ll be on court for a 90 minute padel social, where you’ll rotate partners and socialise in between games. Afterwards you’ll refuel with a delicious brunch.

They'll also be a nutritionist joining to get you those practical insights you can actually take away. With January often putting a spotlight on digestion, balance, and the microbiome, this is a chance to learn more in a grounded, no‑nonsense way.

You’ll also head home with a goody bag packed with Biomel treats to keep the good habits going.

The Morning

9:30-9.45am – Arrival

9:45am – Warm-Up

10:00am – 90-Minute Padel Social
A fun, social padel session suitable for all levels. Our club hosts will ensure you get a fun and varied match play.

11:30am – Brunch
Refuel over a nourishing brunch provided by Biomel, with time to chat, connect, and meet new people. Plus, a gut health and microbiome Q&A with a nutritionist to get you those practical insights you can actually take away.

Goody Bags
All attendees will receive a goody bag to enjoy after the event.

What to Bring

• No equipment needed, rackets and balls are provided
• Wear comfortable activewear and bring layers, as the courts aren’t heated and can get cool.
