It's that time of the month for our First F*cking Friday Meeting.
We heard you loud and clear, and we're excited to bring a fresh approach to our First F*cking Friday meetings. Here’s what’s changing:
In-Person* Connection: These meetings are now happening live and in person! Say goodbye to screens and hello to face-to-face conversations and authentic connections.
Small, Intimate Squads: Each meeting will average around 10 members, creating a more personal and impactful experience.
Breakfast Champions Unite: A designated host—our badass Breakfast Champion—will organize the meeting location and time (always before noon, because breakfast is sacred).
Powered by You: We’re democratizing the process, handing over the reins to you and your expertise. Together, we’ll create something collaborative and meaningful.
Get ready to show up, share, and thrive with your squad like never before. This isn’t just a meeting—it’s powered by you, for you.

Info: This is also the time to practice your elevator pitches during your introductions. Why? It’ll help you sharpen your pitch game while giving the rest of us a front-row seat to your business. Don’t worry if you haven’t nailed it yet. That’s what these practices are for!
Name that Role! (~5 mins)
Info: Pick a role that might best suit you to contribute and uplift the squad experience. We all thank you for this! (It’s on page 3.)
Agree to Agree. (~5 mins)
Info: Conversation Captain, flex your role and get folx started. Take turns, one at a time, and read out loud the Community Agreements. Don’t skip this part! This is what it means to be part of the F*Bomb community! (It’s on page 4.)
Business Topic Breakdown. (~40min)
Info: This is where we dig into our business and break it down. You may be the expert in the group. You may know very little. This is where the magic happens with the brain trust of the squad, where we become more than the good ol’ networking. (It’s on page 5.)
Situation “Ask/Give” Smackdown. (~20min)
Info: Do you have an explosive situation that could use the squad’s support? This is the perfect time. Don’t forget to offer something in return for the support. (PS. Not everyone has to share. It’s a space to help those who are really in a pickle!)
