Meet the raucous trio known as “The Faux McCoys,” a group of musicians whose unconventional instruments and fearless spirit have carved out a unique niche in the city’s vibrant music scene. With a scratchin’ on the washboard and a hammerin’ on the clawhammer banjo, their blend of aggressive music and irreverent charm leaves audiences enraptured as all get out! Fans are left much obliged to do the “Mountain Mosh” – a term their “Real MoFaux” fans use for their unbridled dancing at their shows.
