The Father Figure

The Father Figure is the Fatherhood Foundation of Virginia's signature event honoring the Funding Fathers. On August 15th, 2026 from 6-10pm at the University of Richmond's Robins Center, we will come together to celebrate a incredible dads, amazing volunteers and great corporate partners. Chosen by the readers of Richmond Times Dispatch as the Best Charity Event in RVA for two years running, this is an event you don't want to miss. This year we are making the event even better with one of the area's biggest party bands, Tight Slacks, games, auctions and more. We will also announce the winner of the title The Father Figures!
