Join us as we continue our 2025 Farm to Table dinner series at The FARM 1780 – The Farmer’s Table. The Farmer’s Table dinners are indoor, 3-course fully-plated meals with a menu made up of ingredients that are sourced directly from The FARM 1780 & other local farmers the week of the dinner.
These 3-course meals will feature different chefs and food styles based on the season. The meals are held inside the farmhouse. Like a Chef’s table, these meals are intimate and menu items are chosen by the chef and farmer based on what is in-season and within the theme of the dinner.
The meal will consist of three dishes with your choice of red and white wine throughout the meal.

Brian Nelson is the executive chef of Farm Crafted Events and owner/chef of Keg Cowboy on Lexington’s Main Street. He cooked for 17 years in Charleston restaurants including Rue De Jean and Fat Hen before moving his family to Lexington in 2010. He opened his first restaurant, Park Circle Grill in North Charleston, at the age of 28.
