Parenting is full of questions, challenges, and little joys — and you don’t have to figure it out alone.

This summer, we’re hosting two free Family Table Nights at the Hebron Community Center for expectant and new parents.

✅ A professionally prepared or culturally relevant meal to share✅ A short, interactive parenting or wellness mini-workshop— possible topics include infant sleep, fatherhood & identity, and maternal mental health✅ Guided conversation with other parents who get it✅ Free, trauma-informed childcare so you can fully engage while your kids are safely cared for

It’s a space to learn, reflect, connect, and simply enjoy a good meal with others walking a similar path.

✨ Come as you are — bring your questions, your stories, and your appetite. We’ll take care of the rest.

Onsite childcare is free but you must text to register your children.
