The Family Keepsake Project is a low-cost photography initiative created to provide local families with the opportunity to receive professional family photos regardless of financial circumstances. Every family deserves beautiful photographs that celebrate their love, connection, and memories. My goal is to create a welcoming experience where families can enjoy a fun photo session and leave with images they will treasure for years to come.
Our photographer has been featured in multiple social media events, has been published in multiple magazines, is award winning, and was showcased in 2 WOWT6 news reports for doing similar shoots. Examples of shoots can be seen on her Facebook page, @throughanothereyephotography
IMPORTANT DETAILS:
*All time slots are 30 minutes long and are held by complete payment.
*Each 30 minute time slot is $50.00. This payment INCLUDES the editing time. A value normally priced between $150–$200
*Customer may choose to reserve a max of 2 time slots, and must be discussed by photographer prior to the day of the photo shoot.
*Payment MUST be made IN FULL to hold spot. If you show up late, your spot will be taken by the next family, and you will take their time. PLEASE ARRIVE 10 MINUTES EARLY for your time slot to prepare.
*NO SHOWS will not get to reschedule unless approved by photographer.
*All payments are non refundable.
*If inclement weather is scheduled for the day of the shoot, the photographer will provide dates for rescheduling. *Payment can be made via Venmo (@Holly-Kempkes) or any major credit card. (credit cards will have a 3% processing fee added at time of purchase)
Credit card payments must be made over the phone. If you wish to use this option, DM Through Another Eye Photography with your phone number and we will call to receive payment)
*Photos will be edited within 30 days and returned, sent via email. Each family will receive minimum of 5 edited photos, with chances of more at the photographers discretion. (Up to 10 max)
*Prints and pricing available upon request.
*Well behaved pets are welcome and must be leashed at all times. Photographer is not responsible for poor pet behavior.
*Photographer reserves all copyright to photos, and unless discussed with customer, will have permission to use for advertising. Families can "opt out" of advertising, with prior communication to photographer.
*Images will be edited in the photographer's artistic style.
Requests for extensive edits (body reshaping, face swaps, etc.) are not included.
*The photographer is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or accidents during the session. All children must be accompanied by legal guardian.
Waivers will be available upon arrival and read as follows:
By participating in Project, I ______________ acknowledge that I have read and agree to the session guidelines and policies. I understand the nature of this community initiative and agree to the terms outlined above.
