Join Jesicca Aloha and Christina Maltman at Casa Mannabliss for an elevated evening of movement, breath, sound, self-care, meaningful connection and a little magic.

The Fall Equinox is a natural invitation to find balance, reflect on how far you’ve come, release what no longer deserves your energy and create space for what you want more of.

6:00 PM — Arrival + Grounding

Arrive, settle in, and connect as we transition into the evening.

6:15 PM — Welcome + Connection

Opening circle, introductions, and setting the space for our journey together.

6:30 PM — Somatic Movement

Gentle embodied movement to awaken the body, release tension, and reconnect within.

7:00 PM — Intention Setting

Guided reflection to connect with what you’re ready to release, receive, and create.

7:20 PM — Somatic Breathwork + Sound Healing

An immersive journey combining somatic breathwork and sound to reset the nervous system, release what you’ve been carrying, and create space for what’s next.

8:40 PM — Integration + Closing Circle

Ground, reflect, integrate, and close our experience together.

9:00 PM — Event Concludes
