The Faithful Pilates: Reformer Pilates Class

Get ready to experience movement in a fun, faith-filled way inside the beautiful PowerUp Pilates studio in Downtown Duluth!

The Faithful Pilates (@thefaithfulpilates) created by Ready Women Ministry (@readywomenministry) blends movement, scripture, and community in a way that feels both intentional and uplifting.

Guests will enjoy a 50-minute Reformer Pilates class with a fun, custom Christian playlist at PowerUp Pilates, followed by the opportunity to connect with other like-minded women who love Jesus.

About Ready Women Ministry & The Faithful Pilates

Ready Women Ministry is a women's ministry created to empower and spotlight women (ages 18–35) who are ready to receive, connect, and prepare as they lay the foundation for their God-given futures.

Over 35? No worries. Ready Women believes deeply in the power of intergenerational impact and faith-filled mentorship. Women beyond our core age range can champion the mission by joining The Faithful Pilates gatherings, while pouring into the next generation of women in their lives.

The Faithful Pilates was created to provide intentional spaces where women can gather, move, and connect without feeling like they have to compartmentalize who they are. Through mat & reformer pilates events, pilates paired with Bible study, and partnerships with churches and community organizations, we bring faith and fitness together in a way that feels natural, modern, and community-driven.

This social club is for women who value movement, connection, and faith and believe those things were never meant to exist separately.
